Ranjit Gupta, Murali Subramanian, and Michael Naylor are industry leading clean energy professionals with expertise in every aspect of the clean energy business including project development, project scoping, land acquisition, permitting, engineering & contract management, construction, energy offtake, project finance, O&M, institution building, sustainability, and most importantly – corporate governance. Coupled with their previous experience in the oil and gas industry at Schlumberger, they are uniquely qualified to succeed in this emerging GH2 / GNH3 business.

Ranjit previously served as CEO for Azure Power, Co-founder of Ostro Energy and Orange Renewables, Founding CEO of Indiabulls Power, and Country Manager for Schlumberger’s Indonesia Drilling & Management. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.
COO
Murali was formerly the COO of Azure Power, the Founding COO of Indiabulls Power and instrumental in developing 5000+ MW projects. He also co-founded two highly successful renewable energy IPPs, Ostro Energy and Orange Renewables. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from IIT Mumbai and an MBA from INSEAD.

Michael is the Chairman of the Board of Jupiter Green Investment Trust plc, a company listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and recognized as one of the UK’s leading sustainability investing companies. His Advisory Board appointments include private equity firm XPV Water Partners LLC based in Toronto (since 2008) and Sylvera Limited based in London (2021).
Chief Commercial Officer
Bakul Pant was responsible for Hydrogen and Ammonia licensing at Haldor Topsoe. Previously worked at Reliance Petroleum, Alliance Bernstein Energy Private Equity group & Wipro EcoEnergy (Cleantech startup acquired by UTC). Bakul holds Bachelors & Masters in Chemical Engineering & MBA from Fuqua School of Business, Duke University.
Director - Project Development
Adarsh has previously worked with Sekura Energy (backed by Edelweiss), Ostro Energy (backed by Actis) and Renew Power across different roles including Commercial & Regulatory, M&A, Construction Management, and Business Development. He holds a bachelor of Technology degree from the National Institute of Technology, Silchar.
Project Director, Odisha
Himansu has over 35 years of experience across different roles including Project Development, Land Acquisition and Construction. He has previously worked with Azure Power, LANCO, IDFC Projects, Indiabulls Power and Odisha Power Generation Corporation Limited (OPGC). He holds a Civil Engineering degree from The Institution of Engineers, 1988.

Srinagesh, a Chartered Accountant, has a wide and diverse career in both the power sector and corporate finance. He has been instrumental in development of more than 3500 MW capacity, including RE and have done project financing of more than $2 bn. In the last two decades, he has held senior management roles in companies including Azure Power, Essel Infra, Dans Energy, and Lanco Group.
Business Head Egypt
Hussein spent over 30 years working for Schlumberger oilfield services holding various positions in the Middle East and Africa including regional trade compliance and operations management roles. He holds a Batchelor’s degree from the American University in Cairo.

Sanjay brings 30 years of rich experience in the power and infrastructure sector, including 6 years of global exposure to international energy markets. Sanjay’s experience spans several strategic initiatives, business functions, JVs and M&A in leading renewable energy companies. Prior to joining Ocior Energy, Sanjay served as Head of Strategy and innovation at Azure Power. Previously, he has worked with Sembcorp, Adani Power, Indiabulls Power in different leadership roles.
